OAK TREE OF PEOVER // CHARLOTTE & GEORGE
“From jumping across those grassy areas out the back of the venue like gazelles for the perfect shot, to keeping me calm in my moments of extra overwhelm. The pictures I’ve seen so far are perfect, we love them.”
We were lucky to get a gorgeous Spring day for George and Charlotte’s wedding at The Oak Tree of Peover. Set in the heart of the Cheshire countryside, the venue is known for its oak-framed charm, huge windows and peaceful surroundings. Originally built by a local family, it’s become a bit of a hidden gem for couples who are looking for a venue that’s relaxed but beautiful.
Charlotte got ready in the light-filled prep room with her bridesmaids and during the father reveal, there were happy tears all round.
The confetti moment was next-level. We had so much of it, I’m convinced some’s still floating around Cheshire. The sunshine meant we made full use of the gardens for the group photos and couples session.
After a laid-back drinks reception outside, the celebrations moved indoors for dinner and speeches which were the perfect mix of emotional and hilarious .
Then came the party and the dance floor was on fire. By the end of the night, it was packed and full of the best kind of chaos.
A gorgeous day for a lovely couple, thank you for having me.
