Included

To make the process of booking me as your photographer as simple as possible, I include the following in every package as standard.

Travel & Accommodation

For weddings over 2.5 hours away, I arrange my own travel & accommodation. I include the price in your chosen package. I always arrive early if you’re getting married somewhere I haven’t worked before so I can scope out locations for the best photos.

full day coverage

I am here to capture the full story of your day. This is why I don’t base my full day packages on a set number of hours. Instead, I arrive at bridal preparation three hours before the ceremony & stay until an hour or so after your first dance.

Minimum 500 PHOTOS

I’ll actually take a lot more than 500 photos. This is to guarantee that every one of the final images I deliver to you is worthy of your wedding gallery.

Editing services

Editing is where I bring the final layer of storytelling. I personally edit every image, ensuring each one meets my exacting standards and reflects the true atmosphere of your day. From colour tones to light, composition and detail, I carefully refine each photograph to create a cohesive collection.

ONLINE GallerY

Your images will be delivered via a password protected online gallery so you can view and download your photos any time you like. You can easily share this gallery with friends & family too.

PrintING Permission

Feel free to print your images and hang them on walls, use them on social media, or give to friends & family. The photos belongs to you, show them off however you like.

THE FLAT LAY

Carefully considered items deserve to be documented properly.

I’m a little magpie who loves shiny things, so I include flat lays within all of my full day packages. I appreciate that you’ve probably spent a considerable amount of time when choosing your precious items for your big day and they deserve to be documented properly.

A few months ago, I got fed up with trying to find nice flooring as the background. So, I decided to take a more considered approach when capturing them & put together a lovely little flat lay kit. It contains nude or coloured backgrounds (be gone manky flooring) and some items that elevate the image such as chiffon ribbon, wax seals to accompany invitations, ring boxes & dried blooms.

Armed with my kit, I arrive 30/40 mins earlier than I usually would to dedicate the time to your details. It also gives everyone in prep a chance to warm up to the idea of having a photographer in the room, before I start pointing a camera at your lovely faces.

Frequently Asked

questions

Yes, I do travel to most parts of the UK. For full day weddings, I don’t charge a travel fee.

For photography packages, the non-refundable deposit is £300.

If the package includes a second photographer, £100 will be added.

For the Photo & Film Package, the deposit is £600 as you’re confirming the date in both of our diaries.

I am afraid I don’t send raw files. If you choose to book me, it will be based on the images you’ve seen in my portfolio. Images straight out of camera look very different and always need to be edited. I take a lot of care and time when doing so because that’s part of my service.


With content creation, I do send raw files. The purpose of a content creator is capture content that you can edit yourself to post on socials etc. My reels will be edited but the other files will be straight from camera.

I have two Sony mirrorless cameras. I carry both on my person at all times which ensures that if one camera fails, I’ll use the second and never miss a moment.

My cameras also have dual memory card slots which means your precious memories are safe in case of memory card failure.

For flash, I use the Godox flash system with Magmod.

For content creation, I’ll use an iPhone and a GoPro.

Yes, of course. You will receive an email with a link to your private online viewing gallery. You can pass this on to your family and friends where they can order digital images, printed photos, albums and framed photos.

Skilled photographers are trained to handle all kinds of different lighting. I’ll have several flashes with me on the day and will use a mixture of on-camera and off-camera flash as required.

I have a network of highly skilled photographers to turn to. First, I’ll aim to hire someone I trust to photograph the day and I’ll then edit the photos in my style.

If this isn’t possible, I’ll see who is available to cover the date and send you a list of options. This new photographer will take on the job entirely, editing all photos. In this case, I’ll refund your deposit.

Depending on how bad the rain is, we could always shoot portraits indoors and head out for your couple’s portraits when we get a clear moment.

With the right lighting, rain can look magical so some daring couples may choose to forgo the umbrellas and get creative with flash photography.

VIDEO CALL

Getting to know my couples is very important to me, which is why I always have a chat with them prior to booking. To schedule in a video call, fill in the contact form below. Or, feel free to use the button in the corner and WhatsApp me.

the CONTRACT

I never ask for a decision on the video call as I appreciate it’s a big decision and you’ll need time to consider your options. When you’ve confirmed you’d like to go ahead with confirming your date, I’ll send over my booking forms.

03.

Deposit

After you’ve read & signed the contract, you can pay your deposit right away. Once you’ve done this, your date will officially be booked into my diary.

04.

I’ll always get in touch to confirm that you’re booked in. From this point onwards, I tell my couples that I’m available via WhatsApp to answer any questions throughout your wedding planning journey.
