A Sunset Family session in Poynton

Photographing Hannah and Stephen’s family in Poynton was so much fun. Their two girls were full of joy and energy, making for a session that felt natural, adventurous, and full of love. We chose a beautiful hill overlooking a vast open field as our location. It was the perfect backdrop as it was peaceful, picturesque, and bathed in the soft golden light of sunset.

The girls had so much fun running through the grass, laughing, and playing with each other. Those unposed, candid moments are always my favourite to capture. Hannah and Stephen wanted a relaxed and natural session, and this spot in Poynton gave us exactly that.

There’s something so timeless about photographing families in nature. It allows for real, genuine moments that you can look back on and feel the joy radiating through the images.
